At Vee Shop of Glam, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 – 3 business days and 3 – 5 business days to ship your item(s).  Currently, we do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.  No exceptions.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

Once your order has been received, processed, and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of being shipped.  If you are unable to receive or do not have access to email, we will send the tracking number via text message. *standard messaging and data rates may apply.

Damages

Vee’s House of Glam is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.  If you need assistance or have any additional questions, please email us: vbhair7@gmail.com. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim

International Shipping Policy

We do not currently ship internationally; however, we are working on making this an available option in the future.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How It Works

All sales are FINAL.  Once the order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.  Please ensure that all shipping information is correct as we are not responsible if item is being shipped to an incorrect address.

Product Availability

Terms of sale are based on availability.  If you order an ‘out of stock’ item or we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will contact you immediately, via email, to provide alternative solutions. 

 

If you wish to terminate the sale and want a refund, we will refund the amount back to the initial form of payment.  If the initial form of payment is no longer available (i.e., closed account, new debit card/credit card, etc.), further review will be required.  Please send us an email to vbhair7@gmail.com.  We will follow up with an email containing further instructions within 24-48 business hours.
